REC Customer Internet Privacy Statement

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how REC collects, uses, and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site. What Personal Information Does REC.com Collect? We receive and store any information you enter on our web site. This personal information is for making online purchases. Providing us with mailing and billing information allows us to assign you a "Customer ID" which is your email address. The "Customer ID" identifies your account allowing you to make future purchases without having to provide mailing and billing information again. Just enter your ID and password on the log in page to begin shopping. You may modify your mailing and billing records at any time. Does REC.com Share the Information It Receives? We DO NOT share or sell our customer information. How Secure Is My Information? Your information is protected in several ways. "Sensitive transactions are encrypted with SSL or Triple DES and kept in secure password protected directories. Industrial strength agents shield our site from computer viruses." These services provided by West Host.com, Inc. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. REC Return Policy

REC requires a return authorization number. Call (Toll free 877-339-7894, lower 48 states only) to request a number and please provide the order number from which you are returning items. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted. Product returns require receipt within 30 days of shipment. Returns will be accepted if items are in original, unused / unaltered condition only. A restocking charge of 15% on all returned goods if products were shipped as ordered and in specification.

REC Shipping Information

*Alaska & Hawaii must ship via minimum 2nd Day Delivery Rod cases & large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges REC can ship items worldwide. Delivery charges vary when shipping internationally. Duties and taxes are the responsiblility of the buyer when shipping to Canada and other countries. Call for shiping costs and estimated delivery times for international shipments. Overnight orders placed after noon Eastern Time will ship the following day. Overnight order requests will be honored if possible. We try to keep all items in stock, however if the item ordered is not available we can advise a substitute. Otherwise, REC will manufacture the item and ship as soon as possible. Rod cases and custom orders cannot be shipped overnight as additional time is required for manufacturing.
